Senior Java Developer (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer (French Speaker) to work in project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 9 years of proven experience in Java backend application development;
• Absolute mastery of Java (recent versions) and the Spring Boot framework;
• Excellent knowledge of Microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and Design Patterns;
• Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases;
• Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI);
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito);
• Perfect mastery of the French language (C1or C2 level required, both written and spoken) to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and the writing of high-quality deliverables;
• Fluent in English.
