Support Analyst Murex

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Support Analyst Murex to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• More than 6 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) Front-to-Back products and workflows;
  
• Solid experience with database queries using SQL, specifically under Oracle environments;
  
• Hands-on experience with Murex software;
  
• Experience with L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework;
• Proficiency in English.
