Senior Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to work in Lisbon (hybrid: 3 days per week at the office).

Detailed profile description:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Java microservices across Unified Commerce products;
  
• Define and enforce architectural patterns, coding standards and security practices for the squad;
  
• Own the IAM strategy for Unified Commerce: Keycloak realm design, Okta federation, OIDC flow architecture;
  
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges and security vulnerabilities;
  
• Lead code reviews and establish quality gates, champion SonarQube and Snyk adoption;
  
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers;
  
• Produce technical documentation, architecture decision records (ADRs) and runbooks.
