Systems Administrator – Backup & Data Protection

We are looking for a Systems Administrator – Backup & Data Protection  for a project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, including backup, retention, immutability and recovery policies.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, with Linux experience being a plus.

Responsabilities:

• Administer and maintain Veeam backup and data protection environments, ensuring backup, retention, immutability and recovery policies are properly implemented.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux and virtualized environments, supporting backup and data recovery incidents.
• Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies, while maintaining technical documentation, procedures and reporting.
