Engineering Manager (ES)

We're looking for an Engineering Manager (ES) for a project in Coimbra (remote).


  • Collaborate directly with the Management, Marketing & Sales, and the Key Accounts;
  • Collaborate directly with the product management team, to clearly understand the Product roadmap and the value to be delivered, being able to translate this value into the Engineering Quarters programs and respective Sprints;
  • Collaborate directly with the Engineering teams to define the Quarterly Programs and coordinate each Sprint;
  • Collaborate with Product managers and KAMs to prepare the Quarterly;
  • Manage Engineering teams, including the individual performance, the individual growth, the training programs, the interaction with the team and with other;
  • Report to Management the Product outcomes released in the previous Quarter, and the detailed product development plans for the next;
  • Report to Management, the team's performance and achievements, with a detailed improvement.


  • 5+ years of experience in Product teams management, in particular engineering teams;
  • MSc degree in Engineering or Management: Computer Science Engineer or related engineering background (Electrical, Automation, Telecommunications Engineer;
  • Independent and self-motivated;
  • Problem solver, with deep interest in the product technology and in sustainability;
  • Fluency in English.
