Senior UX Designer

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer;
  
• Knowledge of UX standards;
  
• Previous experience as a Design Practioner;
  
• Experience of designing compelling digital products and experiences using a full range of UX skills from research through to information architecture, data design, concept design, iterative prototyping and final design delivery;
  
• Experience in the financial services or funds management industry.   
  
• Fluent in English.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to the growth of design system collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions;
• Drive the delivery of high-quality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio;
• Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research, interaction design and visual design;
• Be a customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback, user goals, and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to products as well as value increase appreciation for user centric design;
• Help to focus the team’s efforts through driving UX standards, offering project guidance and connecting the team to the wider organizational context and ecosystem.
