Squad Lead/ Project Leader

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Squad Lead/ Project Leader to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid). 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, delivery/Program management, and Scrum Master roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives;
• Proficiency with project and delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence;
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies;
• Ability to generate status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics;
• Budgeting and cost control capabilities; resource forecasting and variance analysis;
• Domain awareness relevant to the squad’s area;
• Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities;
• Clear, concise, and influential communication;
• Adept at stakeholder management;
• Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities;
• Builds and sustains collaborative relationships across diverse teams;
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• French language is a plus.
