Backend IoT Engineer

The project was developed within the consumer electronics and digital television technology sector, focusing on the design and development of advanced wireless remote control solutions for IPTV, cable, satellite, and OTT service environments. 

We are looking for a Backend IoT Engineer to work in this project in Aveiro.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar;
• Backend development: Node.js, Go, Python, Java, and PHP;
• Containerizing applications and orchestrating multi-service environments;
• Experience installing, configuring, and customizing IoT platforms;
• Experience with Cloud-to-Cloud integrations, including REST APIs;
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Deep knowledge of IoT and real-time protocols such as MQTT;
• Strong background in backend security;
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines;
• Proficiency in English.
