Senior DevOps Engineer Lead

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer Lead for a project in Almada (hybrid).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
• Proven experience as a DevOps Tech Lead, leading and mentoring DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering teams;
• Technical leadership skills, including architectural decisions, backlog management, sprint planning and definition of best practices;
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation;
• Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm charts, JFrog Artifactory and pipeline scripting;
• Knowledge of SonarQube, code reviews and Jira integration;
• Experience with build and deployment processes for Spring Boot and Angular applications;
• Experience automating release processes and database migrations (Cosmos DB, Apache Cassandra);
• Knowledge of Terraform, Azure Bicep, Liquibase or Flyway is a plus;
• Familiarity with AI-driven CI/CD automation and vulnerability scanning is valued;
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
